Dealing with Persistent Edema in My Heel

I have pretty bad edema in my heel which is just not going away under any circumstances. I do everything to get it to heal and it just won’t. Especially for someone as young as me. Can someone tell me if i can just play through this or if i should really just call it quits for a while. (have had it for around 3 months)
