how do you deal with paranoia? i only recently started developing paranoid thoughts and i have no idea what do to when they set in.

      Like fiesty, I do grounding things like breathing and asking myself what exactly I think and feel. After I recognize my state I say to myself something good about the reality I feel. Also sometimes I share my paranoid thought out loud to someone else (usually my husband).

      @fiesty thank you :) it just honestly feeds my anxiety so it’s like a vicious cycle lol i’m not used to it !!

      I'm also just branching into paranoia. I typically try to ground myself, try to focus on what I know for sure is real and happening around me, and not feed the randomness. You are recognizing it!!! That's really great already.
