Dealing with Panic Attacks: Seeking Advice

I’ve had multiple cases of feeling like my life was over ..I had two super panic attacks where that I actually was thinking I was literally going to die …what could be causing this? I went to the er had blood work and eveything done and nothing was found Im learning to control it but it’s still troubling me because I don’t understand what the source is

It could be either anxiety or a panic disorder. Sometimes, people without mental health history suddenly start having panic attacks due to things in life. Are you making sure to take breaks in life? Maybe you need to speak to a psychiatrist to get an anxiety PRN

Could it be something you don't feel is significant is getting to you? I was once told that our bodies don't understand the difference between good stress (positive things that can cause you to think about them a lot) and negative stress.

things going on with my son is only source and finding employment but other than that I don’t know I’ve just been waken out my sleep with these panic attacks to the point I feel I’m dying and it’s nothing I can do I just feel death all over me I don’t know why
