I feel the same way. I’ve just recently been diagnosed but I’ve been dealing with it for several years. I act out and whenever anyone points it out I automatically take it super personally and spiral. I loathe myself already so whenever I receive criticism it feels horrible. Just know that with all that goes on in our heads, we have to remember to cut ourselves some slack. Hopefully you can reestablish a comfortable bond with your provider. I wish you luck. ❤️
