Dealing with Ovarian Cysts: Pain and Patterns

I have been diagnosed with having small ovarian cysts for the past year and a half. I have days of pain, as well as somewhat normal feeling days during the month, and I have noticed a pattern in my days with pain. They are usually right before my period, and about 5 days around ovulation time. Does anyone else relate to this pain/pattern situation? Also, besides pain, do you notice any other recurring symptoms with your cysts (gastro issues)?

I was told they usually burst around your period. Which usually isn't a problem unless they get really bad ie they are bigger or they are imbedded in the tissues ECT. Or so I was told but I don't really know what "isn't a problem" with cysts because they are just super painful in general 🤷🏻‍♀️

My pains start 7 days before my period every month (almost like clock work). I also have IBS and those 7 days before tend to amplify my IBS systoms as well. With the bloating gas tends to be a big issue as well, all of it just equal very painful and uncomfortable. 😥
