Dealing with Ocular Migraines: Seeking Advice

Anyone experienced verbal migraines when you try to talk but can’t

I really wanna get visual migraines. Every time the light hits my eyes it could be outside in the sun or can be indoors if the light is on in the restaurant very very bothersome.

I thought I was the only one who was having this problem

I get one in my right eye, too. I've noticed mine are triggered by a profound amount of stress and sensory input from my environment like florescent lights, sounds, smells. I tried amitriptyline and it did seem to help reduce the severity but I forgot to eat when I took it so....I stopped.
