Dealing with OCD in Relationships

and from the amount of control i would try to have in the relationship was high and it would happen if i was just in the slightest amount of hurt from them doing something human. my brain has a hard time knowing juman mistakes verses it being personal when it comes to relationships and i really buckle down and feel obligated to control everything.

my embarassment came from the amount of pain that i put on my spouses (riddling them with high anxiety) to be perfect and act perfect.

ive basically figured it out by talking to my exes. ive only been able to figure this stuff out from my relationships (naw) and they would discusse the things i’d basically try to do or control and i would even project onto my spouses that they’re perfect. and when they both said that it really got me thinking and i found ocd-R.
