How to Deal with Nightly Hot Flashes?

I’ve had these hot flashes almost nightly. Like tonight my face was red and I could feel the heat radiate off my face but I would be chilled. It’s driving me crazy. Do anyone know how to make them go away? Or how to help it?

Hot flushes are horrible. I used to get them. I went to my ob/gyn and even at my age I'm back on the pill and those things have almost completely stopped
