My anxiety is always worse at night too! I actually find extreme comfort in watching videos on YouTube. It makes me feel closer with the people and like I’m not so alone. I specifically watch Good Mythical Morning and it always makes me feel so much more in tune with the world around me.

I also use rhythm when I have panic attacks, I had one last night and I just hummed a pattern of beats

my anxiety/panic flares up at night and morning the most as well. I find having a bedtime routine really helps so much. Find a nice scent that calms you (for me it’s lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint) essential oils or a candle. Warm blankets, a warm bath, maybe a nice warm drink too :) Also recommend talking about talking your medication closer to night so it covers you throughout the day and night, that helped me a lot ^^ Also binaural beats. I know I sound like a hippie at this point but if you aren’t having sensory overwhelm issues, try an anxiety or stress binaural beat. Hope some of these help, know you aren’t alone <3

I sometimes have panic attack alone in my room at night and the best way to get through it is just a good ole fashioned cry.

Yes I have them at night to and I take Lexapro which really helps but I still have them and I have to focus on something and get my mind off of the panic attacks, this sound s funny but I usually hum a song
