Dealing with Neuropathy and DVT: Seeking Advice

I have DVT since 2003, and since 2020 I have some kind of neuropathy in my feet , they are numb and I feel like walking on a bubble wrap, I have blood pressure to as soon as Dr. changed the medication pain and discomfort has gone down but I still I feel tight swollen numbness on my feet and it’s not comfortable and I’m not even able to wear any open back shoes because my feet don’t have that much control. I have done CT scan of head and back nerve test and I have seen two neuropathy specialist and everyone said everything looks normal and I really don’t know what it is.
