Dealing with Nausea Every Morning

Does anyone else experience nausea every morning and waves of it throughout the day? Most days, I don't eat anything until maybe snacks at 3, then a meal at 10; either because i just havent been hungry, or because I've been too nauseous to force myself to eat. Am I alone?

Yes, others have experienced nausea every morning and throughout the day, making it difficult for them to eat breakfast or feel hungry until later in the day. You are not alone in this experience.

For me it's because I'm not hungry or just used to being hungry. Between 14-16 I stopped eating and was losing weight so I'm pretty much used to not eating. I eat like one full meal a day with tiny snacks throughout the day. Still probably sounds bad though because it's not three full meals during the day ๐Ÿ˜… there are most days I do deal with nausea because of migraines and those are days where I don't eat until at least dinner because I wouldn't be able to keep food down before then.

I also only eat one meal a day, I just don't feel hungry anymore. Before I was chronically ill I ate 4 meals a day ๐Ÿ˜‚

I have a lot of nausea related to my chronic migraine. I thought it was just a normal migraine byproduct

Yeah I'm the same constantly nauseous and I can only eat after 5 most days bc of it and not a lot. Either that or I binge at night bc it's the only time I'm not nauseous lol.

I have been dealing with that for the past 7 years! Drs prescribed several different anti nausea meds but Iโ€™m sensitive to meds and the one I use when it gets unbearable is promethazine and it makes me sleep. Donโ€™t take it very often because I need to function not sleep most days. Finally got diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and so apparently itโ€™s a chronic pain response for me. I have found that short meditations help and if I focus on a small task it usually passes. Be Well ๐ŸŒบ

Could be IBS related? My anxiety makes my IBS constant including nausea that leads to either constipation or diarrhea.

Exactly, never hungry, just snack. I'm lucky if I get one full meal in a day most days

I was the same, if you haven't please request a MRI! I ended up with a ruptured brain aneurysm and 2 more were found. Bone broth also eases the nausea.

I've been dealing with nausea flares as well, a long the line of "silent migraines" where I seem to have the symptoms of my typical migraines without the head pain (lightheaded, light/noise/smell sensitivity neck stiffness)
