I used to get them. No much now. I keep hydrated and keep an eye on sodium levels. Low levels will cause leg cramp and spasms.

My muscle spasms are in my flank area, they flare up last 10 seconds then sometimes it keeps doing it and OMG I told my doctor it's almost at the point I want to hurt my self to forget about my spasms

I do I hate muscle relaxers so once in a blue moon I take 1/2 Valium you can take magnesium at night before bed
