Dealing with Multiple Health Issues Holistically

Anyone ever try to deal with multiple issues at once, but holistically or naturally? Issues like fibromyalgia, migraines, gut health, and being a teacher/caregiver/etc…? I’m so lost! Dealing with injured and ill people in my home so I don’t even try to talk about my issues. :(

I had to sit down and decide what really bothered me most about my life. For me it was the pain and fatigue so i looked up everything i could to fix that. I found my supplements and the then the stretching exercises. I mad a schedule. Then it was my migraines were the worse part. I got my piercings and my acupressure and added it to the schedule. Honestly you can deal with a lot of things at once but only after you have the worst parts controlled. I could imagine it being like teaching a class of 30 kids. Sometimes you have to focus on the one kid that's hitting his neighbor before the one kicking and screaming in the corner before you go back to balancing the whole 30 kids. Deal with the worst part then the next worst part.

I always say treating all my issues is like trying to solve a Rubik’s cube while juggling. It’s so hard! Don’t lost heart though. Take some time to be frustrated and then keep fighting. We are warriors and we can figure this out!

Yes! I had to change my whole diet. I stopped eating all meat as my body cannot digest it anymore. It causes me horrific gas pain, sweating, nausea and constipation. I also had blood work done. I have too much inflammation in my blood. My doctor asked me to try a gluten-free diet. I did not think it would work. Boy, was I wrong!! My gut health has changed dramatically for the better within one month!

I have cut out a lot of gluten and some sugar, not all yet… I’ve cut out all meat except chicken and fish… 😥

Wow I'm literally having the same issues (fibromyalgia, migraines and gut issues). I wish I had answers, but I can tell you that oxygen bottles (boost oxygen) does help sometimes with my migraines. I also noticed that taking the probiotic acidophilus coagulans is somewhat helpful for the gut. I wish I had something for the fibromyalgia but I'm constantly in pain and haven't found something helpful yet.
