Dealing with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity

Yes, I’ve had mcs for years. I believe it’s linked to mold exposure and the Epstein Barr virus that can hide in organs, and stress. Mold and fragrance are the worst! People’s scented laundry products on their clothes are really challenging to deal with, too. I often have to change clothes and shower when I get home after going out into the world. I get fatigue, swollen glands, muscle pain, headaches, rashes and more. I live like a hermit and have had to quit numerous part-time jobs because of my sensitivities. The stress of finding healthy work and being isolated has taken a toll. Medical marijuana, self-work and diet have been my only recourse. I feel you!

Feels like it! I can’t eat or breathe certain foods or substances without having a mild to severe reaction. Rash or sneezing to anaphylaxis. How foes MCS effect you?
