Dealing with MS Fatigue: Modafinil Not Working Anymore

I take Modafinil to help with MS fatigue. I've noticed it doesn't help me much anymore. Do I ask for a higher dosage, or is there something better to try?

Hi, which dose did you take? I started with 100 mg per day and after I felt that it wasn't helping me anymore so I went to the doctor and he increased my dose to 200 mg per day, one pill in the morning and one in the evening.
