I had a horrible mood swing today. Sat in an empty bathtub and just cried and cried. I was feeling really happy and elated this morning. This happens to me all the time. How do you guys deal with stuff like this?

      I dont sometimes. It’s hard to deal with life. I overeat. I under-eat. I want to die. But at the same time I know I’m here for some weird reason. I’ve beat death several times now. I would suggest NAMI. Or message me! I’ll give you more details and even talk you thru stuff

      It can be difficult. After being on meds since I was a child, now being in mid 30s, marijuana has worked wonders. The most dangerous "side effect," of pot, is getting caught with it.

      i usually try to distract myself by watching something a bit mindless lol. my go to is gordon ramsay shows because they're chaotic and hold my attention enough so that my mind doesn't wander back into a downwards spiral i know my example is pretty specific lol but if you can think of something that will distract and/or ground you then it's worth a try! you can stack distractions too, like i usually draw or play solitaire or something while gordon ramsay is on in the background
