Dealing with Mood Swings: Anyone Else?

Does anyone else’s mood jump around a lot? Mine is so random. I never know how I will feel from day to day and it’s exhausting. I’m on a mood stabilizer, but was wondering if anyone else had experienced this?

I’m honestly not sure bc I never know how I feel but I’m always too exhausted to be aware of my mood
