Dealing with Migraines: Is This a Migraine or TMJ Related?

So I've dealt with headaches my whole life, but only recently been told they're migraines. So I'm still a bit fuzzy on what IS a migraine. I also have TMJ. My question is, does this sound like a migraine, or is it probably TMJ related. For the past 3 days, I've had pressure building in my skull. It's my cheeks and nose almost feel swollen. It's kind of like that sensation before a nose bleed. like my head is really heavy, and everything is stiff. Certain movements cause dizziness (minor movements like lifting my head, but quick movements don't seem as bad as the small ones). It's like my skull is full of water, and the whooshing sensation is it sloshing (because that's what it feels like, this off-kilter, floaty feeling, like bobbing in water). Is this a migraine? it's making me sick. Is there something I can do for this?
