Dealing with Migraines During Allergy Season
I'm really hoping I don't wake up with another migraine in the morning. I've woken up to one the past two days. they've taken most of the day to get rid of just to come back later at night after neighbors mow. allergy season sucks and triggers my migraines during spring and summer. anyone else go through this?

🤗i know how that feels. My doctors have me on two allergy meds as well as a migraine prevention med. I need to get my pill bag and write them all down
