Hi Ted! I can relate to you so much! I reached out to a psychiatrist and was diagnosed with depression only this year, after years that I've been struggling alone. I also started taking meds. I feel that this step- reaching out for help, is such a huge step for yourself, it just means you are brave and strong and are willing to make a change for the better ☺️
Thank you. I've been two the mental hospital twice since and it's been a rough ride trying too find the right meds. I'm now on 8 narcotics, medical marijuana, and a plethora of other medicines.

I'm glad you recognize you need help ted. For a lot of people that's the hardest part. Just remember that that need for help won't go away, and that it's nothing to be ashamed of
