Dealing with Mental Health and Epilepsy

hey guys, how do ya'll deal with ya'lls emotional and mental health, I need to deal with it asap so I can continue bettering myself and hopefully never have to worry about what I'm going to about my epilepsy ever again I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of having epilepsy. Don't tell me to think positive because that's out of the question unless I'm happy and I haven't been happy since I was 5 years old

Therapy with a specialist who understands chronic illness has been a game changer for me! I also would recommend chatting with a psychiatrist about medication options. Anxiety and depression are caused by chemical imbalances in our brains and there’s nothing wrong with that. Some anticonvulsants like lamotrigine and clobazam can naturally help with anxiety as well!
