I’m also on a low carb diet with no soda just to get healthier again.

Hello, I take xyzal at noon with a Pepcid AC and then take another Pepcid AC with dinner. I was also prescribed Ketotifen at bed time and another one but I don’t take it. Please note I was never officially diagnosed but my allergist told me to take these in case I didn’t have it to see if it helps.

I have long Covid and I had to go on an “elimination diet”. A low histamine, low histamine liberator, low DAO inhibitor for a month. Then I slowly try foods to see if I have bad reactions. So this helped a lot early when I was having a ton of symptoms. Now my only symptoms are body shakes, twitches, internal vibrations/rumbling and permanent teeth chattering. I also take 25mg of hydroxyzine (an antihistamine) every night. And also 200mg of gabapentin nightly.
