Dealing with Marijuana Anxiety: Need Advice

so I am a strong believer in the use of Marijuana and its strong medical properties. I use to smoke a lot but I stopped for a while and now I don't like smoking anymore. I get too anxious about getting high. I don't know where it comes from or how to stop it. has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you fix it?

I stopped smoking because that’s what would make me anxious. The first time I ever smoked it was a bad experience and ever since I kept trying to smoke again again thinking that I’d get over the anxiety it gave me and get used to it but I noticed that it just made it worse every time and I used to to feel bad about it because I felt like a loser when all my friends would do it but I’ve realized that I’ve been a lot better mentally since I stopped. I tried it and I guess it’s just not for me and I’m ok with that now

And also, usually when I’m smoking, I try to get as much done as possible before I need to do.

Yes oh my god!!! Sometimes I can smoke and get incredibly high and get tons of anxiety. Other times, the high is really good. For me, it’s environment definitely and watching my smoking levels. I would smoke a little, enjoy being kinda high, and once it wears off, I go back and smoke. I also have a low tolerance, so watching my smoking is important
