When my back pain first started almost a year ago, it just hurt all over my lower back. Laying down relieved a lot of the pain. I was put on Naproxen which helped a lot at first, but for the past month or so my pain has become more focused on the right side of my lower back and spreads into my right leg. It hurts to walk a lot of the time, and no position relieves the pain. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have any advice? Should i be worried?

I've had to have my right SI joint surgically fixed with screws. Don't have the SI pain just the pain when the weather changes. Can predict the barometric pressure with my hip!!!😂😂🤣😂

I so understand that. I took Naproxen for a year and a half worked well. Then it stopped working. My Dr says my body go used to the meds and it fails to work after that. Back pain can effect your legs since you need to walk differently because of the pain. That is what one of my doctors told me in the past. I still have not figured out how to get rid of my lower back pain.

Can you do some physical therapy? There may be exercises to help (definitely for the sciatica) and they can do pain relief treatments while you’re there too. Like massage, cupping, ultrasound, laser light therapy, etc.
