Dealing with Loved Ones After a Violent Seizure

How do you deal with scaring loved ones? I had a particularly violent seizure a few days ago, and now people in my life seem to be doting on me more, and they talk of how I scared them. What do I do? I know I can't just not have seizures, but I want to help them not be so scared. It hurts me, and it makes me feel guilty. I know it's not my fault, but I still feel bad.
