Dealing with lingering Lyme symptoms

Hi! I was diagnosed with Lyme in 2019. My only symptom that never went away was a strange sinus pressure on the bridge of my nose (no congestion) and it makes me feel off balance and I get tension behind the tops of my eyes. It comes and goes and I can’t seem to find any rhyme or reason. An ENT recently confirmed I have inflammation in my sinuses and it was red and swollen but no mucus. Next is the allergist. I also have other weird random things like anxiety, hair thinning on one eyebrow, bumps on my nails (especially my thumbnail) and issues falling asleep. I know Lyme is very diverse and can cause a large variety of issues and symptoms but I was curious if anyone else can relate to the sinus inflammation and if anything helps. I recently got a script for an antihistamine nasal spray too but I haven’t been having symptoms too bad since I’ve gotten it a couple weeks ago to really try it out. I’ve also tried acupuncture and Chinese medicine with no success.

Any tips on supplements or what specific type of diet?

Most people I've talked to who had the best success had a diet/supplement regimen alongside the normal antibiotics. Most of them saw a naturopath for that sort of treatment. Personally, the head-area symptoms are the last to ease for me, namely my mind fog and bells palsy that occasionally comes with flare ups.
