Dealing with Light Sensitivity and Migraines at Work

anybody else have extreme light sensitivity that causes migraines? or light sensitivity during them? need some strategies to deal with it, esp where I work where in the drive-through the sun is laser beamed right to my eyes.

Yeah, the only thing that's worked for me is sunglasses. They only help a bit, but it's better than nothing!!

I have a pair, but they aren't super dark, so still hurts sometimes. My work does let me wear them at the window, and they are planning to tint the window too

I was put on propanolol for migraines and it works great, and I also have migralieve for when I need. Might be worth a look

Sunglasses. I have a pair that are dark enough to block the light but light enough I can wear them at work.

I have severe lught sensitivity outside. I have sun glasses that have a red tint in them. I also asked my eye doctor if there were glasses I could use inside and he recommended rose colored glasses. The rose color dies down the intensity of the brightness of the light. Hope that helps.
