Dealing with Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptoms: Bubbles in the Rectum

I have been told I have ibs by my gp. I take peppermint capsules as needed and do help. Does anyone else experience this sense of bubbles in the rectum? I find it really annoying and accompanied sometimes with abdominal discomfort. What do you do to manage it. Sometimes it's without passing wind. Sometimes a short while after. I also experience what seem to be Large balls of gas that suddenly move out to the rectum but does not exit sometimes.I'm not intolerant to anything in milk. I also experience back ache and groin pain sometimes. Useally the symptoms pass quickly but useally in the morning. I can sometimes also hear loud bowl noises and feel gas bubbles moving around stomach. Also slight aching sensation Left side. Upper right sometimes. Sometimes before a bowl movement I have cramping feeling up the rectum. Thanks for advice.

I get these wave like sensations which I might describe as bubbles too. My focus is healing my gut microbiome, I personally use natural supplements. Conventional docs will say IBS can't be cured, but it can be. IBS is a result of an imbalanced gut. Probiotics and removing bad bacteria can reverse it. Last time I suggested this, I was attacked in the comment section, but it's the truth 🤷🏽

Also I'd recommend eliminating dairy and gluten to see if it helps. These often trigger pain and may be able to be introduced later once the gut heals. Ginger tea may help. And glycine. There's a product called GI Inner Calm which contains several ingredients to soothe the stomach and intestines. Also silver fern brand GI Relief. You may be surprised at how much stress and sleep impact this as well. Hope this helps and feel free to ask me any questions
