It’s pretty rough, I’m sorry you have to deal with it. I use reusable period panties so it’s easy to be prepared. But before I got them, it was a lot of cheap underwear that I didn’t mind ruining and stashing emergency pads everywhere (car, desk, purse, every bathroom…). Paying attention to your body really helps, too. Learning the subtle signs do you know when to be prepared.

Oh! There’s also a supplement company called S’Moo that makes stuff specifically for managing PCOS hormone imbalances. I haven’t used it but I hear a lot of good things about it. May be worth looking into to see whether or not it’ll react to your other meds?
