Internal hemorrhoids! Super annoying. Flare up after bowel movement. Any suggestions besides miralax and ointment?

Anusol used regularly. Not just during flare ups! Helps keep them at bay. Regular bowel movements to keep passing traffic low and often, not one big push in one go!

The most underrated advice that people won't put on online forums 1. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and soften the stool. 2. Eat fiber-rich foods like lentils, beans, and veggies to regulate bowel movements and reduce constipation. 3. Avoid processed foods, especially spicy and salty ones. 4. Take a daily warm bath to soothe the anal area. 5. Keep the anus clean with water after bowel movements to reduce irritation and prevent infection. 6) exercise as much as you can, at least twice a week.
