I’ve started discussing the possibility of me having a mood/personality disorder or if it’s just part of my depression. I tend to have really intense and drastic mood swings from happy to feeling like I want to die which are outside of what’s happening around me. I get nervous when I’m really happy bc ik I’ll likely be really sad next.
