Yeah i’ve had that. Yesterday i felt like doing absolutely nothing. Literally nothing i did (except doomscrolling) felt satisfying or engaging, everything was boring. I tried reading or watching a show but i just couldn’t sit through any of it. My only suggestion and what helped a bit for me is try to be kinder to yourself. Its easy to feel like you’re lazy but its literally out of our control how our brains are wired. The boredom sucks but its better when you’re not beating yourself up as well. Its clear you are making an effort otherwise you wouldn’t have made this post.

I’m so sorry I don’t know if I have anything valuable to say.. but that’s a part of adhd brain? Like intense thinking, not necessarily in content but in quantity and maybe in my attitude towards the topics? So intense I have to literally fight to stay focused on anything for longer than a few seconds? I know for me when it’s hard to focus I’ll vocalize stuff I’m doing to bring myself back in, but I have to constantly do it or my thoughts will start to drift again
