      i listen to frequency music n meditation shit. for me it’s like sensory stuff that makes it hard to sleep so i put a sleeping mask on bc i like the pressure on my ears and the fabric over my eyes and i use a weighted blanket AND a noise machine that makes thunder noise. fav way to sleep forever it works so well for me.
