right now I'm having impulsive thoughts. I rarely get these in points where my emotions are all over the place. I mentioned before that I have high and low points in my emotions. right now I'm feeling more feelings then I have in a while and I hate showing feelings but I have more recently. people just get mad when I do but that's a topic for another time. when I feel impulsive I want to either stay up all night doing something or destroy something. how do you deal with this? is there a reason I keep feeling this way? any impulsive suggestions that are not dangerous or take away from sleep?

When I feel incredibly impulsive I like to make less harmless decisions were it still feeds that itch but doesn't do any harm to myself or others, such as if your feeling destructive, ripping up paper, or cuss like a sailor at well, nothing. Personally this helped me but everyone is different š¤
