Dealing with Imposter Syndrome in Depression

Hey, so similarly with me feeling imposter syndrome with my my POTS, I also feel a similar way with my Depression, this one being because I have very little Sewer slide thoughts. Anyone else feel the same? So I know I'm not alone?

You are absolutely not alone. I have been SEVERELY depressed before to the point where all I did was sleep. I only ever got up to go to the bathroom. But I have never really felt suicidal. Yeah I’ve felt like it would be better to just not be alive anymore, but it was more that I just didn’t want to exist. I’ve never wanted to take my life. Everyone experiences depression differently and it doesn’t mean anyone has it better or worse than others because of what they experience. Hope you are well❤️

You’re not alone! I tend to feel my depression isn’t bad enough and I must not actually have it or need help because look at other peoples battles with it. Comparison is so unhealthy but I get so caught up in it. Depression varies from person to person and all struggling is struggling, which means you need and deserve help.
