Dealing with IBS Symptoms: Cramping, Constipation, and Nausea

I’ve had IBS for a long time and recently over the last year have had quite a few episodes of cramping and running to the toilet I’m mostly constipated and unable to tolerate high fibre foods as I suffer terribly from too much fibre. I feel nauseous some days for know a parent reason ? I take buscopan sometimes . I’m extremely gassy also. Has my gallbladder out about 7yrs ago !

Sorry to hear that. I suffer from IBS ad well. Before I knew what was wrong, I was nausea, lost weight and was constipated. My dr recommended the FODMAP diet.(google it) Did that for a few weeks and found out some of my trigger foods. You said you couldn't do fiber, it helped alot. I take the liquid Metamucil every night. Make sure to drink plenty of water. I also take the IBGARD peppermint capsules everyday. Good luck. Hope you feel better
