I take one Imodium every morning for the last 3 to 4 months. It has helped a lot, but it might take 2 to 3 weeks to really kick in. It’s not 100% , but there are less accidents which is sooo nice. Good Luck

So very sorry for your loss! May his memories always be a great blessing to you! I also have ibs and Linzess helps me with constipation.

for IBS-C I take fiber and follow low FODMAP. Low FODMAP helps with regularity, the fiber helps with softening my stool. I definitely recommend one or the other or both! (Start with 1 treatment at a time to figure out what is or isn’t actually working!)

I know it’s gross but I try to drink metamucil (or store brand fiber therapy) every day it helps with diarrhea constipation, bloating, gas, at least for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know, but it changed my life. It’s very hard but it will be worth it in the end. If the journal doesn’t work, do fodmap

I have not. Thank you! I am thinking it’s time to journal my food.😫

Have you tried the fodmap diet to see which foods might be making it worse? It’s definitely hard, but 100% worth it
