Dealing with IBS Insomnia at Bedtime

For some reason I’ve been getting bloating/gas at bedtime that keeps me awake because it’s SO uncomfortable. I’m completely fine until I get situated in bed. Currently typing this at 2am. Does anyone else deal with IBS insomnia?

Sleeping with different parts of my body elevated helps me. Sometimes I elevate my head and torso, other times I'll elevate my legs. For me, using lots of pillows and trying different positions has been the most helpful thing I've tried

I like taking warm/hot baths before bed as that eases some discomfort and usually helps some of my bloating. If it’s low energy day then I will simply use a heating pad. I do have this problem though, can’t win them all. I hope it eases for you!
