Has anyone else had a rough week and had there IBS flare up,even on and off? How long did it take your IBS to ease up? and what did you do to make it better? Cuz last week was rough and now I'm pretty sure I'm IBS is flaring up

      Yes, I do from time to time. It's usually due to what I'm eating. I swear by yoga, I think it does good for your digestion, I use yoga with Adrienne. I know she has one specifically for digestion. ❤️

      I'm pretty much in a continuous flare all the time unfortunately. I wish I had an off day of it.
