Dealing with IBS flare and need support

Hello, I have been dealing with IBS since 2014 and I am struggling! The past few months I have been having a horrible flare. While I have a support system, I don't know anyone who also has it who can relate to what I am going through.

I've been dealing with IBS since 2019 after I stopped taking Lexapro for my anxiety. It got to a point where I only ate bananas, rice, or oatmeal because any other food would give me painful diarrhea. The one thing that has helped me eliminate most of my symptoms is CBD oil. I was reading that it helped some people with IBS and I had nothing to lose so I tried it and have been taking it ever since. It can be expensive but it's the only thing that has worked for me. I also will take Tummy Drops which are basically peppermint oil and those also help if I'm feeling bloated or have a minor stomach ache.
