Dealing with Hypersexuality and Guilt

I might. Might. Just be scum of the earth. So for reference, I deal with hypersexuality. A very high libido with worse impulse control. And presently, Im living with someone who ALSO is hypersexual. And while we have feelings for eachother... He has a partner. And we had a minor... heated session this morning. Nothing too explicit happening, but it was... close. I don't know what to do. I feel so selfish and guilty and like a terrible person. But it also felt so nice after the burnt out flame of my recently ended 3 year relationship. I had to put my foot down, and tell him he needed to get his head on straight. But. I want more. I care about him and I just wanted more. U g h. Why can't I just win in life?-
