Dealing with HSV 1 and Genital Sores: Need Tips!

I was just diagnosed with HSV 1 and I currently have genital sores. Along with that I have a UTI and a yeast infection… I’m so sore. Any tips?:(

Taking oral probiotics saved me when i got a yeast infection from taking any type of antibiotics. I take 1 90billion capsule and store them in the fridge to help them last longer. Take that every day until the pain goes away. If you need 2 that's fine but you should start having relief by the next day

oh you poor baby…that’s hellish. the first Hsv breakout is always the worst from what i’ve heard. get lidocaine jelly!!! cannot emphasize that enough

Take many warm baths! Drink plenty of water and rest. I also recommend eating ginger and garlic-these things really got me through my first breakout and I hope they can help you too : )
