Dealing with Hip Pain: Subluxed Joint or hEDS?

What does a subluxed hip joint feel like to you? I'm currently dealing with a hip that feels about like a door hinge with a tree stuck in it, with continued pops that bring no relief. I'm unsure if this could be a subluxing joint, or if it's "normal" hEDS joint pain.

I feel a pop every time it moves, along with pinching pain. It also kind of feels bruised when I sit on it?

Typically it will feel like I need to pop my hip, but I can’t either that or a deep thud when it pops out. Obviously this is only my experience but if something feels off, trust your instinct.
