Dealing with Height Dysphoria: Tips and Support

Hey, I'm in a similar situation since I'm 5'3. There are short cis guys out there! You can make yourself look taller via clothing choice (look online for specifics) like platform shoes or having high waisted jeans/ trousers. There are also shoe insole/ insert things that can make you x inches taller ( I haven't tried them myself but hear about them from other trans guys online). Hope this helps.

I mostly just worked on body positivity but at 5'3 as a latino in a location full of short latino men I know that I don't stick out as much as I could if I lived somewhere with a taller height adverage. Other than that they make various types of lifts and lifted shoes for short men? They can be kind of expensive depending on what you go with but it's better than nothing.
