Dealing with Heavy Fatigue: Need Advice

I have been passed 4 months

Before I started on my iron supplements, my fatigue spells were really bad that I was talking to my boyfriend about it and I was crying

When it happens to me, I get a snack with a good about of protein or iron in it. Like peanut butter and crackers. Then I usual do a light exercise routine. Still end up taking naps but not as long as before.
