Dealing with Heart Palpitations: Need Help!

I've been dealing with ist for awhile these last couple of days I've had palpitations while sitting and a heart rate above 120 anybody know what helps

Have you had an at least 30 day holter monitor? I have a pacemaker now. I developed SVT, then Bradycardia, then Afib. I had a implanted monitor for 8 months when they finally was able to determine I had Sick Sinus Syndrome and my hearts S node had stopped functioning and my heart rate was 23. I was blacking out, vision effected and couldn’t do simple physical therapy due to my heart. Had my pacer put in 2 yrs ago March 26th.

See if your blood pressure is low. Tachycardia is often a response to low BP. If that's the case, increase water and salt intake
