So all my life I have had health issues. we thought we figured it out when they find the brain tumor and removed it but now I get these dizzy spells and things fade for a little bit and myblood pressure is dramatically different from my left to right, I am also having a spiked heartrate while resting rarely getting lower than 90bpm. I am starting to wonder if it's all in my head or I am not somehow faking all this..
