Try googling “health anxiety” instead of the symptom

I try very hard to not google symptoms unless they persist for a few days. Distracting yourself from your symptoms with a book, a tv show, or any hobbies you enjoy is also helpful. Reminding yourself that it's probably nothing serious, especially if you've had that symptom before and are perfectly fine, always helps too. I hope you find relief 💕
