I was one day short of my appendix exploding, trust me if you feel like something’s wrong, swallow your pride and get that checked out

Yep, I had my first full on panic attack at the age of 8. Ever since then every pain, pinch, or cramp has heralded doomsday. Until I got a gastrointestinal issue that causes bowel movements to give me nerve pain in my chest (Vasovagal). Now I just ignore it. I guess if you get so mad at something the anger cancels out the worry. Not the best advice, but theres hope out there.

I’m the same way! It’s definitely an expensive illness to have. All those doctor bills to get things checked out 😭

Yes! I have a lot of medical issues, and genes that cause cancer. I was super paranoid before all my diagnoses and now it's 100 times worse. Every tribe, pain, cough... I'm afraid it's something deadly. It's horrible. You're not alone. 💕

You're not I'm hypersensitive when it comes to my body I feel and sense everything little thing even when I'm digesting. I take anxiety pills to keep me from having panic attacks but if you can get by just REALLY focusing on your breathing and feeling your lungs go up and down then that would be better. Not everything will work but if you're capable of just getting it off your mind for one second it'll be a game changer

Yes I have these kinds thoughts all of the time. Just last night I had a cramp in my left arm (apparently it was from swimming) but I immediately thought I was having a heart attack even though I'm a somewhat healthy 18 year old. And I do this with a lot of things. Like if I have a sharp pain in my abdomen I immediately think what if it's my appendix bursting and I die. And it's stresses me out so much

Your not alone. We are super sensitive to our bodies and hyper focused. It is a habit we have to learn to break.

Yes and no ,so I'll explain. Yes I normally have anxiety ,so I went to the doctors for months just to find out I have a huge cyst. Hopefully my body was able to move everything along. I'm definitely ready to have a second child. I've also had anxiety all through my first pregnancy because I found out later and at a young age (21). No because I do have a laid back approach to my doctor's where I avoid the Doctor like at all costs. All they want to do is confuse me ,so I avoid them. I even avoid the dentist.
