Anyone have any guidance for dealing with the hard days? Today was one where I felt really stressed and overwhelmed and that just overtook me and made me unable to function. I was just crying all day. Thanks for any support anyone can offer!

A support system is a definite help. And taking a break. I guess it’s just hard to break out of feeling selfish for doing so. Thanks everyone for your input!! ❤️

I have found cbd, but I really quite enjoy walking in nature and or screaming to metal music.

I agree with unicorn. It is ok to just take a little bit of each day for just you. And ya know what? It will all be waiting for you when YOU are ready.

It's helpful for me to access my support system. I don't have much of a support system right now, but it can be really helpful to call my mom or my sister or a friend I trust. I feel like it can also be helpful to give myself permission to do nothing for a while. Even though it's stressful to not get things done, I know that taking time to rest will help me recover faster and be more productive/be able to cope again.
Try to find a show you enjoy or even your favorite song 😊😊💕
lol it’s okay when i was writing this i almost did the same thing! and yeah we will ❤️
Oh oops, I thought I was responding here, I messaged you too though *awkward millennial whose bad at apps* thanks so much and I’m sorry you had a rough one too! Me time is just what the doctor ordered. And yeah, it’s just hard when rationalizing things doesn’t work. We’ll get through this though!
but literally same broke down today, couldn’t function or be around people. super emotional and didn’t wanna be a burden to anyone, but sometimes you gotta tell someone or else it just stays trapped in you’re mind and you’re stuck in a endless cycle. just know it’s just a rough day and tomorrow is a new one and you’ll start over. everyone has those days
i’m right here with you! had a tough one myself, my advice is try to relax and have some me time, do the things you enjoy and avoid the things that stress you out. listen to music helps a lot for me, or watching a funny tv show. Try not to think about it too much, take a break from life for a little bit.
